Return Policy
Returns of Goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered through our customer service.
I received a defective item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
If your package was damaged during delivery, take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. We cannot provide a refund, credit, or replacement item without proof of damage reviewed by a member of our support team.
I received the wrong item:
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you did receive
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product to us and then placing a new order for the correct product.
For defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, no return costs will be charged.
If I want to return an item:
If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and the return label.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After that, we reserve the right to deny cancellation if your order is already being processed. In such cases, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive the order. Thank you for your understanding.
